About Us

Tranquility Salon and Spa is an elegant full service salon and spa in an intimate serene atmosphere. We are located in Dorsey Plaza at the intersection of Shelbyville Road and Dorsey Lane. There is convenient parking directly in front and we are fully accessible to the handicapped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as checks, cash and Spa Finder or Salon Wish gift certificates.

Appointments

At Tranquility we will do our best to schedule your appointment for the ideal day and time. We can often accommodate walk-ins on the same day, but suggest reservations, especially for Friday and Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

We will see that you start your services at the appointed time so you will receive the full quality of service promised. If you are running late, we appreciate a head's up and will do our best to accomplish as much of the service as possible in the time remaining. If you are unable to keep your scheduled service, we ask for at least 24 hours advance notice so we can reschedule the time slot. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we will ask for a credit card to reserve your next appointment. If this appointment is not kept, we will charge your credit card or gift certificate 50 percent of the service missed. Any further missed appointments will be charged at 100 percent.

Your Opinion Matters Contest!

Tranquility Salon & Spa is giving away $1,000 in gift certificates to clients who submit a review (either positive or negative) of their experience. For each review you post on-line between now and the end of August, you will be entered for a chance to win one of the above gift certificates. Each review counts as an additional sweepstakes entry, so the more you review, the more chances you have to WIN! We will randomly select around 1-2 winners per week and notify each winner by e-mail and telephone. It should take just a few minutes and you can even post the same review on different sites.
